We'll be offering items that we haven't released yet on PRE-ORDER basis.
We aim to deliver pre-ordered products in 1-2 working days from the estimated dispatch date as stated next to the products, provided that we have received and processed your payment.
If your order has mix of items that are IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER then we will send those items that we have in stock immediately, and the 'pre-ordered' item will be sent as soon as we have it in stock. You will not be charged for delivery twice.Returns & Refunds Please note from 5 of March 2020 PayPal payment processing fee 3.4% will not be refunded. Please choose different payment method to avoid this. Here at Be-Fabulous.ie we understand that people do change their mind sometimes - it's only natural. If you receive your item and you feel that you'd like to change it for a different size, colour or alternatively you'd like your money back, just send it back to us telling us on the delivery note if you'd like an exchange or a refund and we'll be happy to do this for you. All we ask is that you don't wear the item and that you send it back to us in original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return address can be found at the back of an invoice. All items are your responsibility until we receive them. ***We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns in person. All returns must be posted to the return address. ***
Please include the invoice with your returned item(s) and a note whether you would like an exchange or refund. When returning your items, please remember the following:
- Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging
- We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
- Refunds will be made once the items are received by us.
- Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original payment
- Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account
- Marked clothing i.e. make up
- Item has been worn and smells of perfume, deodorant, body odour
- Tags are not intact
- Item has not been returned to us within our 14 day Return Policy (you may be offered store credit or an exchange but you must pay the postage cost of us sending you the new item)
We have made every effort to display the colours and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.
